Pink Sand Castle Cocoon Coat
Origin Story: This jacket is made from a gorgeous old quilt that I got at an estate sale in Ithaca, NY in the summer of 2024.
Lining: This jacket lined with a variety of quilters cotton. The front is lined with a bright yellow color (see photo) and back is lined with light yellow with tiny white dots. Sleeves are not lined, but show the backside of the quilt and seams are finished nicely.
Pockets: This jacket has large spacious inseam pockets on the front.
Closure: The coat closes with 2 white fabric covered hook and eye closures about the size of a dime. They are located at the neck and just above the waist.
Fit: Loose and oversized

Top to bottom (neckline to hem) at front closure: 35.5”
Neckline to end of sleeve: 26”
Across the front at bottom of sleeves (waistline): 28”
Across the front at bottom hemline: 23”
