Jeans Weekend Workshop

Come spend a long weekend with Megan Avery, longtime sewing instructor. We’ll be sewing everyone’s favorite clothing item, jeans!

The workshop will include all the supplies you’ll need (pattern, thread, denim, zipper, interfacing) to complete your jeans. We’ll also provide you with all the tools you’ll need. But if you prefer to bring your own machine, that’s great.

Please note: the denim we’ll be working with for the class will have a small percentage of spandex to help ease the fit of your jeans.

The pattern we’ll be following will be the Anna Allen, Helene Jeans which can be made in skinny, straight leg and wide leg.

Workshop will take place in our peaceful sewing studio set on 5 acres of natural beauty in the heart of the Catskills. Vegetarian lunch will be provided both days.
